Possible Causes
Dishwasher not leveled, Loose mounting brackets, Unbalanced load in rack, Worn pump or motor mounts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting leveling feet or accessing internal components.
- Level the machine: Use a spirit level on the tank top and adjust the leveling feet so the unit is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure mounting: Ensure any required wall or floor anchors and brackets are installed and tight per Jackson’s installation instructions.
- Check pump/motor mounts: Inspect rubber isolation mounts for cracking or collapse. Replace worn mounts to reduce vibration transfer.
- Review loading practices: Avoid overloading racks or placing heavy items on one side only, which can unbalance spray forces.
After adjustments, run a test cycle and observe the machine for stable operation.
