Possible Causes
Partially closed shutoff valve, Clogged inlet screen, Restricted house plumbing, Faulty flow meter reading low
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water before disconnecting lines.
- Verify valve position: Ensure the under-sink shutoff valve is fully open.
- Check supply line: Inspect the dishwasher supply line for kinks or crushing. Replace if damaged.
- Clean inlet screen: Remove and clean the inlet valve screen as described in F4E1.
- House plumbing: If water flow at the sink is weak, consult a plumber to correct the supply issue.
- Flow meter: If plumbing is good but F9E1 persists, replace the flow meter if your JennAir model uses one.
Tip: Avoid using other heavy water-consuming appliances (like washers) simultaneously if your supply pressure is marginal.
