Possible Causes
Clogged upper spray arm jets, Disconnected or cracked upper spray arm feed tube, Blocked manifold connection at rear of tub
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing racks or spray arms.
- Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush it under running water. Clear any blocked holes with a toothpick.
- Inspect feed tube: Check the vertical feed tube and manifold that supplies water to the upper arm. Ensure it is firmly connected and not cracked.
- Rack height: Confirm the upper rack is properly seated in its tracks and that the spray arm hub engages the water supply at the back of the tub.
- Replace damaged parts: If the feed tube or spray arm is damaged or warped, replace with JennAir-compatible components.
Note: Avoid overloading the upper rack, which can block water flow to the spray arm.
