Detergent tablet or powder remains undissolved in the dispenser after cycle

Safety first: Turn off power before inspecting the dispenser and spray arms.

• 1. Check dispenser door: Ensure the detergent cup door opens fully during the cycle and is not blocked by tall dishes or racks.
• 2. Clean dispenser area: Remove any caked detergent and wipe the dispenser clean.
• 3. Verify spray coverage: Confirm that the upper spray arm rotates freely and that jets are not clogged, especially those aimed toward the dispenser.
• 4. Use appropriate detergent: Use Jet Tech-recommended commercial detergent and avoid oversized tablets if the dispenser is small.
