Dishwasher drains immediately after filling; water does not stay in tank

Safety first: Turn off power and water before modifying plumbing.

• 1. Verify drain hose routing: Ensure the drain hose rises to the recommended height above the floor before connecting to the drain system.
• 2. Install high loop or air gap: Create a high loop under the counter or install an air gap device as per Jet Tech installation guidelines.
• 3. Check non-return valve: Inspect and clean the check valve in the drain outlet. Replace if it does not close properly.
• 4. Test operation: After corrections, run a fill cycle and confirm that water remains in the tank until the programmed drain.
