Possible Causes
Dishwasher not leveled, Loose mounting brackets, Uneven floor, Internal pump or motor imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before adjusting the machine position.
- 1. Level the unit: Use a spirit level on the top of the dishwasher. Adjust the front and rear leveling feet until the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
- 2. Secure mounting brackets: Ensure the dishwasher is firmly attached to the counter or wall using the provided Jet Tech mounting brackets.
- 3. Check floor stability: If the floor is uneven or flexible, consider adding shims under the feet to stabilize the unit.
- 4. Internal components: If vibration persists, a pump or motor may be out of balance and should be inspected.
- When to call a technician: Persistent vibration after proper leveling may indicate internal mechanical issues requiring professional service.
