How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing any control covers or panels.
- 1. Power cycle: Turn off the breaker for 5 minutes, then restore power to reset the electronics. Sometimes transient faults clear with a full reset.
- 2. Inspect control connections: Remove the control panel or top cover to access the main PCB. Check all harness plugs for secure fit and signs of corrosion or heat damage.
- 3. Check supply voltage: Verify that the dishwasher is receiving the correct line voltage specified on the rating plate. Low or fluctuating voltage can cause E11.
- 4. Examine PCB: Look for burned components, cracked solder joints, or moisture on the board. If present, the PCB should be replaced.
- 5. Isolate keypad: If the keypad is suspected, disconnect the user interface ribbon cable and see if the error changes. A shorted keypad can pull down the control logic.
