• 2. Inspect suction line: Ensure the suction tube from the detergent container to the dosing pump is fully submerged and not cracked or drawing air.
• 3. Clean injection point: Remove and clean the detergent injection fitting where it enters the tank or wash line. Scale buildup can restrict flow.
• 4. Prime the pump: Follow the service instructions to manually run the detergent pump until a steady stream of detergent is observed at the injection point.
• 5. Adjust settings: Confirm that the detergent dosing level is set correctly on the control panel or dosing module.
• When to call a technician: If the pump motor does not run or the control is not energizing it, professional diagnosis is needed.
