Racks are difficult to slide in and out; they bind or fall off tracks

Safety first: Turn off power before removing racks.

• 1. Clean rails: Wipe the rack rails and wheels to remove grease and debris.
• 2. Inspect rollers: Replace worn or broken rack rollers with Jet Tech-compatible parts.
• 3. Straighten rails: Gently bend any misaligned rails back into position.
• 4. Lubrication: Use only manufacturer-approved food-safe lubricants if recommended; many rails are designed to run dry.
