Top rack dishes are not getting clean while bottom rack is okay.

Safety first: Turn off power.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove and flush the arm, clearing all jets.
• Check feed tube alignment: Ensure the upper rack feed tube properly engages the rear manifold when the rack is pushed in.
• Inspect mounts: Replace any broken clips or mounts that prevent the arm from spinning freely.
• Check circulation strength: If both arms are weak, test and replace the circulation pump.
