Check door alignment:

• Close the door slowly and observe whether it lines up with the latch strike on the tub frame.
• If the door is sagging, tighten the mounting screws on the dishwasher brackets or adjust the leveling feet to square the unit in the cabinet.

Inspect latch assembly:

• Open the door and remove the inner door panel screws to access the latch.
• Check for cracked plastic, broken springs, or a loose latch body. Tighten screws if loose.
