Poor Drying / Vent or Rinse Aid Issue
Dishes come out wet; poor drying performance even with heated dry selected.

Possible Causes
Empty rinse aid dispenser, Eco cycle with low heat, Faulty heater, Vent fan not operating (on models with fan dry)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the dishwasher to cool before touching internal metal parts.
- Use rinse aid: Fill the rinse aid dispenser and set the dosage to a higher level. Rinse aid greatly improves drying.
- Select proper cycle: Use a cycle with heated dry or extra dry enabled. Eco cycles may not fully dry dishes.
- Load correctly: Angle dishes so water can run off. Avoid nesting bowls and plastic items that trap water.
- Check heater operation: If dishes are cold at the end of the cycle, the heater element may not be working and should be tested and replaced if faulty.
