Dishwasher has power but will not start a cycle; start button unresponsive or beeps only.

Safety first: Ensure hands are dry when using the control panel.

• Disable child lock: Look for a lock icon on the display. Press and hold the corresponding Child Lock button for 3–5 seconds to unlock.
• Confirm door closure: Close the door firmly until you hear a click. Check that racks are fully pushed in and nothing is blocking the door.
• Reset control: Turn off the breaker for 1 minute, then restore power and try again.
• Test buttons: If some buttons work and others do not, the control panel / touchpad may be failing and require replacement.
