Possible Causes

Closed water supply valve, Clogged inlet filter, Failed inlet valve coil, Low household water pressure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power and water before disconnecting hoses.

  • Verify valve is open: Confirm the under-sink shutoff valve is fully open.
  • Clean inlet screen: Disconnect the inlet hose at the dishwasher and clean the filter screen on the inlet valve.
  • Test valve coil: With power off, measure resistance across the valve coil. Replace the valve if open.

If water supply and valve are good, a faulty flow meter or main PCB may be the cause.
