Safety First: Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing.

Steps:

Inspect harness: Access the bottom of the dishwasher and inspect the wiring harness from the main control to the circulation pump. Look for chafed insulation, burn marks, or loose plugs.
Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the motor connector several times to clean contacts.
Check continuity: With the dishwasher unplugged, use a multimeter to check continuity of the motor windings and the harness from the control board to the motor.
Control output test: If you have the tech sheet and are qualified, run the diagnostic cycle to command the motor on and measure voltage at the motor terminals.
Replace failed component: Replace the circulation pump if windings are open/shorted. If the motor and wiring are good but no power is sent, replace the main control board.
