Possible Causes
Empty or low rinse aid, Incorrect rinse aid dosing, Low final rinse temperature, Overloaded or improperly loaded racks
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before adjusting chemical dosing or inspecting internal components.
- Check rinse aid level: Ensure the rinse aid container is filled and the suction tube is properly immersed. Prime the rinse aid pump if necessary.
- Adjust rinse aid dosing: Increase rinse aid dosing in small increments via the control menu until drying improves, following Meiko’s guidelines.
- Verify final rinse temperature: Observe the displayed rinse temperature. If it does not reach the specified value, troubleshoot the booster heater and temperature sensor.
- Optimize loading: Avoid nesting dishes and ensure items are angled to allow water to run off. Do not overload racks, as this restricts airflow and drainage.
- Use appropriate cycle: Select a program with adequate rinse and drying time for heavily loaded racks.
