Machine fills and drains repeatedly without progressing through the wash cycle.

Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the machine to cool before servicing level controls.

• Clean level sensor hose: Remove and flush the hose between the tank and level sensor to remove grease and scale.
• Test level sensor: Check mechanical switches or electronic sensors for correct operation and replace if faulty.
• Inspect drain valve: Ensure the drain valve closes fully during wash. Clean or replace if it leaks, causing the tank to lose water.
• Recalibrate level (if supported): Use Meiko’s service procedure to recalibrate the water level setpoint.
