Possible Causes
Blocked wash nozzles, Insufficient pump pressure, Obstructed wash arm by tall items, Worn wash arm bearings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power and let the machine cool before handling wash arms.
- Clean wash arms: Remove wash arms and clear all jets of debris and scale. Rinse thoroughly.
- Check for obstructions: Ensure tall items or incorrectly loaded racks are not blocking arm rotation.
- Inspect bearings: Replace worn or seized bearings or bushings in the wash arm hubs.
- Verify pump output: If arms still do not rotate, check wash pump performance and impeller condition. Replace the pump if pressure is inadequate.
