Detergent tablet remains partially or completely undissolved in the dispenser at end of cycle.

Safety: Turn off power before removing spray arms if necessary.

• Check dispenser lid: Ensure nothing in the upper rack blocks the dispenser lid from opening fully.
• Clean spray arms: Remove and clean spray arms to ensure strong water jets reach the dispenser area.
• Program choice: Use a program suitable for tablets (usually longer and hotter). Tablets may not fully dissolve in very short or low-temperature cycles.
• Try powder or gel: As a test, use powder or gel detergent in the dispenser to see if performance improves.
