Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on control board, Defective mains filter module, Faulty on/off pushbutton or switch, Loose power cord connection inside terminal block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the dishwasher at the wall before opening any panels. Mains voltage is lethal.
- Verify outlet: Test the wall socket with another appliance to confirm power.
- Check power cord: Inspect the cord for cuts or damage along its length.
- Access terminal block: Remove the toe-kick and lower front panel to access the mains terminal block. Ensure all screws are tight and no signs of burning are present.
- Inspect mains filter: Check the mains interference filter module for burn marks or bulging. Replace if damaged.
- On/off switch: Remove the control panel and test the on/off switch or pushbutton with a multimeter. Replace if it does not make contact.
- Internal fuse: If equipped, check the small fuse on the control board and replace only with the exact same rating. If it blows again, a deeper electrical fault exists and a technician should diagnose.
