Dishwasher runs but dishes come out dirty or with food residue, especially on upper rack.

Safety: Turn off power before removing spray arms.

• Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Rinse thoroughly and clear each jet with a toothpick or soft brush.
• Clean filters: Remove the coarse and fine filters and wash under hot water to remove grease and debris.
• Check loading: Ensure dishes are not blocking the rotation of spray arms and that large items do not shield smaller ones.
• Verify water level: During the wash phase, open the door briefly and check that water level is just below the door lip. If low, inspect the inlet filter and valve.
• Descale: Run a hot cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or descaler to remove internal limescale that can reduce pump efficiency.
