Possible Causes

Insufficient water supply pressure, Inlet water tap closed or partially closed, Blocked inlet hose filter at Aquastop, Defective water inlet valve assembly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect the dishwasher from mains power and close the water tap before removing any panels or hoses.

  • Check water tap: Ensure the household water tap feeding the dishwasher is fully open and that other taps in the house have normal pressure.
  • Inspect inlet hose: Pull the dishwasher out slightly, verify the inlet hose is not kinked or crushed. Straighten any sharp bends.
  • Clean inlet filter: Close the water tap, unscrew the inlet hose from the tap, and remove the small mesh filter in the hose end. Rinse under running water and reinstall.
  • Reset power: Restore power and water, then restart a short program to test. If F01 returns immediately, the inlet valve or Aquastop assembly may be defective and should be tested with a multimeter and replaced if open-circuit or not actuating.
