Possible Causes
Open or shorted NTC sensor, Loose connector at NTC, Damaged wiring harness between NTC and control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect mains power before accessing the base of the dishwasher.
- Locate NTC: The NTC temperature sensor is usually mounted in the circulation pump/heater assembly or in the sump.
- Check connection: Ensure the NTC plug is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
- Measure resistance: Use a multimeter to measure NTC resistance at room temperature and compare with Miele specifications. A reading of near 0 Ω or infinite resistance indicates failure.
- Replace sensor: If faulty, replace the NTC sensor. If the sensor is good but F25 persists, the control board input circuit may be defective.
