Possible Causes
Water leak into base tray, Triggered float switch in base, Split hose or loose clamp, Leaking circulation pump or heater seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and close the water tap immediately to prevent further leakage.
- Inspect base tray: Carefully pull the dishwasher out and tilt it slightly backward to see if water drains from the base. Place towels to catch water.
- Dry float switch: Remove the base panel and dry the float switch area and base tray completely. Do not bend or damage the float.
- Find leak source: Run a short program while observing the machine (with panels off) to locate drips from hoses, pump seals, or the cabinet.
- Repair leak: Tighten hose clamps, replace cracked hoses, or replace leaking pump/heater seals. Only after the leak is fixed and the base is dry will F70 clear.
