Top rack does not clean well; lower rack is clean.

Safety: Turn off power before removing racks or spray arms.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush it under running water. Clear all jets.
• Check feed tube: Inspect the vertical feed tube and connection at the rear of the tub for blockages or misalignment.
• Rack position: Ensure the upper rack is correctly seated on its rails and fully pushed back to engage the water feed.
• Diverter valve: If your model alternates spray between levels and the top never sprays, the diverter valve in the circulation system may be stuck and require cleaning or replacement.
