Dishwasher will not power on at all; no lights or display on Monogram control panel.

Safety: Always turn off the breaker before opening electrical junction boxes or panels.

• Check household breaker: Verify the dishwasher breaker is not tripped. Reset if necessary.
• Inspect junction box: Remove the toe kick and open the dishwasher's junction box. Confirm wire nuts are tight and no wires are burned.
• Test outlet (if corded): Plug another device into the outlet to confirm power.
• Check door latch: Ensure the door closes firmly. A failed latch switch can prevent power to the control.

If power is present at the junction box but the control panel remains dead, the main control board or UI board may be faulty and should be tested and replaced as needed.
