Possible Causes

Water in base pan of Monogram dishwasher, Leaking hose or pump seal, Cracked sump, Excessive suds causing overflow

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power and shut off water supply immediately.

  • Remove toe kick and inspect base: Look for water in the base pan. If present, dry completely with towels or a wet/dry vacuum.
  • Identify leak source: With power briefly restored, run a short fill and observe hoses, sump, and pump for drips. Then disconnect power again.
  • Check door seal and spray arm: Ensure the door gasket is intact and spray arms are not cracked or spraying directly at the door seams.
  • Eliminate oversudsing: If non-dishwasher detergent was used, run multiple rinse cycles (after drying base) with no detergent to clear suds.

Repair or replace any leaking components before returning the dishwasher to service. Do not bypass the flood protection system.
