Possible Causes
Stuck float in Monogram tub, Faulty float switch, Control board misreading level, Inlet valve stuck open
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water supply immediately if overfilling is suspected.
- Check float movement: Ensure the float moves freely and is not obstructed by debris or dishes.
- Test float switch: Access from below and check continuity while moving the float.
- Inspect inlet valve: If water continues to enter with power off, the inlet valve is mechanically stuck open and must be replaced.
After correcting the cause, dry any water from the base pan, restore power, and test operation. Persistent F2 errors may require control board replacement.
