Possible Causes
Cracked sump assembly, Loose or cracked drain hose, Failed pump seal on Monogram circulation or drain pump, Loose clamp on internal hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and shut off water immediately. Water near electrical components is hazardous.
- Remove toe kick: Inspect the base area for signs of water trails and dripping.
- Run a brief test: With a flashlight ready, restore power and run a short fill/wash while observing for leaks, then disconnect power again.
- Check hoses and clamps: Tighten any loose clamps and replace cracked hoses.
- Inspect sump and pump seals: Look for water around the sump perimeter and pump mounting points.
Replace any leaking components. If the sump is cracked, a sump assembly replacement is required and may be best handled by a technician.
