Possible Causes
Uneven floor or unlevelled feet, Dishwasher not secured to cabinet, Loose internal mounting brackets, Pump imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before adjusting the appliance position.
- Level the dishwasher: Use a spirit level on the top edge of the door. Adjust the front and rear feet until the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
- Secure to cabinet: Ensure the Mora dishwasher is fixed to the countertop or side cabinets using the supplied brackets and screws.
- Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose side or bottom panels that may rattle.
- Inspect pumps: If vibration is localized to pump operation and persists after leveling, the pump impeller may be damaged or unbalanced and should be inspected and replaced if necessary.
