Possible Causes
Hot water supply above specification, Faulty NTC sensor reading, Control board miscalculation, Incorrect installation to boiling water source
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher.
- Check water connection: Verify whether the dishwasher is connected to a hot or cold water line. Mora dishwashers are typically designed for cold or moderately warm water, not very hot water.
- Measure inlet temperature: Run the tap feeding the dishwasher and measure the water temperature. It should generally be below 60°C unless the manual states otherwise.
- Adjust boiler or heater: If the water is too hot, lower the temperature setting on your boiler or water heater.
- Inspect NTC sensor: If inlet temperature is normal, test the NTC sensor as described for E11. Replace if readings are abnormal.
- Test cycle: After adjustments, run a cycle to see if E13 clears. Persistent errors may indicate a control board issue.
