Dishwasher shows E25; drain pump may run but water drains slowly or not at all.

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before reaching into the sump.

• Remove filters: Take out the coarse and fine filters to access the sump area.
• Access pump cover: In many Mora models, the drain pump cover is accessible from inside the tub via a small plastic cover. Twist and remove it.
• Check for obstructions: Inspect the impeller area for glass, bones, or other debris. Remove carefully.
• Verify cover fit: Ensure the pump cover is reinstalled correctly and fully locked, as an incorrect fit can cause E25.
• Test drain: Restore power and run a drain or cancel program to confirm proper operation.
