Possible Causes
Partially blocked inlet valve, Restricted water softener or side water matrix, Clogged filters, Weak circulation pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water supply tap.
- Clean internal filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the coarse and fine filters in the bottom of the tub. Ensure the sump area is free of debris.
- Check spray arms: Remove both spray arms and flush them under running water. Use a toothpick to clear blocked jets that can reduce pressure.
- Verify water level: Start a cycle and, after filling, open the door briefly. The water should cover the filter area but not reach the door opening. If very low, suspect inlet restriction.
- Inspect inlet and softener: Clean inlet filters and, if your Mora model has an external water softener or side water matrix, check for visible blockages or heavy limescale. Run a descaling cycle if water is very hard.
- If problem persists: The circulation pump may be weak or the water matrix partially blocked, requiring component replacement.
