How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap. Be prepared for water spillage when moving the appliance.

Pull out dishwasher: Carefully slide the Mora dishwasher out of the cabinet to inspect the sides and bottom.
Remove bottom panel: Take off the lower cover to access the sump, pumps, and hoses.
Identify leak source: Run a short fill cycle while observing underneath (use a torch). Look for drips from hoses, clamps, sump, or side water matrix.
Tighten or replace: Tighten loose clamps, replace cracked hoses, or renew the sump or pump seals as required.
Dry base and re-test: Dry all wet areas thoroughly before reassembling and running a full test cycle.

Water leaks from underneath the dishwasher, pooling on the floor near the sides or back.
