How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No electrical work is required for this issue; keep the appliance plugged in only for normal operation.
- Fill salt reservoir: Open the salt cap and fill with dishwasher salt until full. Wipe away any spilled salt.
- Adjust water hardness: Set the water softener level in the Mora dishwasher settings according to your local water hardness (see user manual).
- Increase rinse aid: Turn up the rinse aid dosage setting by one or two steps and ensure the dispenser is filled.
