Safety: Turn off power and water before accessing the base.

• Listen for pump: After filling, you should hear a strong whooshing sound. A low hum or silence suggests pump issues.
• Check for blockages: Remove filters and inspect the sump for foreign objects that could jam the pump.
• Access pump: Remove the base panel and locate the circulation pump. Check the impeller for free movement and remove any debris.
• Electrical checks: Measure the pump winding resistance and inspect connectors. If a start capacitor is fitted externally, test or replace it.
• Replace pump: If the motor is open-circuit, seized, or noisy, replace the Neff circulation pump assembly.
