Safety: Turn off power before reaching inside the tub or sump.

• Check load: Open the door and ensure no utensils or tall items are obstructing the spray arms. Adjust the load and restart.
• Inspect spray arms: Spin each spray arm by hand; they should rotate freely without scraping. Replace if cracked or loose.
• Check sump for debris: Remove filters and inspect the sump for glass or hard objects. Remove carefully.
• Access circulation pump: If noise persists, remove the base panel and inspect the circulation pump impeller for foreign objects. Remove debris or replace the pump if damaged.
