Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Only qualified persons should work on mains connections. Disconnect power before opening any electrical covers.
E27 indicates that the supply voltage is outside the acceptable range.
- Check household supply: Use a multimeter to verify that the mains voltage at the outlet is within Neff's specified range (typically 220–240 V AC). If not, consult an electrician.
- Inspect mains cable and terminal: Access the mains terminal block and mains filter module. Tighten any loose connections and look for signs of overheating.
- Check mains filter: If the filter is burnt or cracked, replace the Neff mains interference filter.
- Avoid extension leads: Plug the dishwasher directly into a suitable wall outlet.
If voltage is stable and E27 persists, the control module may be misreading supply and require replacement.
