Possible Causes

Water tap closed or low pressure, Inlet hose kinked or clogged, Inlet valve filter screen blocked, Defective water inlet valve

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and close the water supply tap before removing any panels or hoses.

  • Check water tap: Ensure the dishwasher’s dedicated water tap is fully open and that household water pressure is normal. Try running a nearby faucet to confirm good flow.
  • Inspect inlet hose: Pull the dishwasher slightly forward and verify the Panasonic braided inlet hose is not kinked, crushed, or sharply bent. Straighten as needed.
  • Clean inlet filter: Close the water tap, unscrew the inlet hose from the tap, and remove the small mesh filter at the hose end or valve end. Rinse under running water and reinstall.
  • Check for leaks at Aqua‑Stop (if equipped): Some Panasonic hoses have an Aqua‑Stop safety head. If the head feels heavy with water or shows a red indicator, the internal safety valve may have tripped and the hose must be replaced.
  • Test inlet valve: With power off, access the bottom front of the machine, locate the water inlet valve assembly, and check its coil connectors are firmly seated. If the valve hums but no water enters (and supply is confirmed), the valve is likely faulty and should be replaced.

If H01 persists after these checks, contact a qualified technician to test water pressure at the valve and the control board’s valve output.
