Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap. Be prepared for water spillage when tilting the unit.
- Check for leaks in base: Carefully pull the dishwasher out and tilt it slightly backward or to one side. If water runs out from the base, an internal leak has triggered the float switch.
- Dry the base tray: Remove the bottom front panel and, if accessible, the base cover. Use towels or a sponge to dry all water from the base tray. Allow the float switch area to dry completely.
- Inspect float switch: Locate the safety float (often a polystyrene block) and its microswitch. Ensure the float moves freely and is not stuck by grease or debris. Clean if necessary.
- Check pressure hose: If your model uses a pressure sensor, inspect the small rubber hose from the sump to the sensor for kinks, blockages, or splits. Clear any blockage and reseat firmly.
After drying and reassembly, run a short cycle while observing for leaks. If H07 recurs, a faulty level sensor or persistent leak should be diagnosed by a technician.
