Dishwasher shows H32 and may not complete cycle, sometimes with poor wash results

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing internal components.

• Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms by unscrewing or unclipping them. Rinse under running water and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets.
• Check for obstructions: Ensure tall dishes or trays are not blocking spray arm rotation. Spin arms by hand to confirm free movement.
• Inspect diverter valve: Some Panasonic models use a diverter valve on the circulation pump to alternate spray levels. Access the base, locate the diverter, and check for debris or stiffness.
• Run test cycle: After cleaning, run a short cycle and observe spray arm movement if possible (by briefly opening the door mid-cycle).

If H32 persists, the diverter motor or sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
