Possible Causes

Partially blocked filters or sump, Worn circulation pump impeller, Blocked water channels in side matrix, Scale buildup restricting flow

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and turn off water supply.

  • Thoroughly clean filters and sump: Remove all filters and clean them. Reach into the sump and remove any debris or grease buildup.
  • Clean side water channels: Remove the left side panel and inspect the transparent water matrix for heavy scale or sludge. Flush with warm water and a descaling solution if necessary.
  • Descale dishwasher: Run an empty hot cycle with a dishwasher descaler to improve internal water flow.
  • Inspect circulation pump: Access the pump from the base and check for worn or damaged impeller blades.

If H35 continues, the circulation pump may not be generating sufficient pressure and should be replaced.
