Possible Causes
Closed or low-pressure water supply tap, Clogged inlet hose filter at aqua-stop, Defective water inlet valve, Faulty flow meter or pressure sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the dishwasher from mains power and close the water supply tap before working on hoses or internal parts.
- Check water supply: Ensure the kitchen water tap feeding the Rosières dishwasher is fully open and that household water pressure is normal. Try another tap to confirm pressure.
- Inspect inlet hose and aqua-stop: Pull the dishwasher forward, locate the inlet hose (often with an aqua-stop safety block). Straighten any kinks and check that the hose is not crushed behind cabinetry.
- Clean inlet filter: Turn off water, unscrew the hose from the rear of the dishwasher, and remove the small mesh filter in the inlet valve with needle-nose pliers. Rinse under running water and reinstall.
- Restart a short program: Restore water and power, then run a quick cycle to see if filling resumes normally.
- If still no fill: The water inlet valve or internal flow meter/pressure sensor may be defective. At this point, replacement of the inlet valve assembly is usually required and is best done by a qualified technician.
