Possible Causes
Blocked pressure chamber, Clogged pressure hose, Faulty pressure switch or level sensor, Wiring issue between sensor and control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap before removing panels.
- Clean filters and sump: Remove and clean all filters and check the sump area for grease and debris that can clog the pressure chamber.
- Access pressure system: On many Rosières dishwashers, the pressure switch and chamber are located on the side of the tub. Remove the side panel to inspect the translucent pressure chamber for heavy limescale or sludge.
- Flush pressure chamber: Carefully disconnect the small pressure hose and rinse the chamber with hot water and descaler if heavily scaled. Ensure the hose is clear by blowing through it.
- Reconnect and test: Reassemble, restore power and water, and run a short cycle to see if normal filling and washing resume.
- If E5 persists: The pressure switch/level sensor itself may be defective and should be replaced with the correct Rosières part number.
