Top rack dishes are not getting clean while bottom rack is washed properly

Safety first: Turn off power before removing spray arms.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper arm and flush it under hot water. Clear all jets with a toothpick.
• Check feed tube: Inspect the vertical feed tube and rear coupling that supplies water to the upper arm. Ensure it is not cracked or blocked.
• Rack position: Make sure the upper rack is fully pushed in and correctly seated on its rails so the rear connector mates with the water port.
• Test circulation: If upper cleaning remains poor, the circulation pump may be weak and require replacement.
