• Confirm tap is fully open: Make sure the dishwasher’s dedicated shutoff valve is fully open and not restricted.
• Inspect and flush hose: Disconnect the Samsung inlet hose from the valve and from the dishwasher. Flush it with water to clear debris. Replace if internally collapsed.
• Clean inlet filter: At the dishwasher’s inlet valve, remove the small mesh filter and rinse under running water. Reinstall correctly.
• Check for leaks or drips: A slow fill combined with dripping at the valve indicates a failing water inlet valve that should be replaced.
• Advanced check: If water flow is good but the unit still reports 4C, the internal flow meter or pressure sensor may be misreading. This typically requires a technician to test and possibly replace the sensor or main PCB.
