How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing internal components.
- Check for obstructions: Open the door and inspect the WaterWall bar or lower spray bar track for utensils or debris blocking movement.
- Clean rails and guides: Remove the bar if possible and clean the track and wheels.
- Inspect motor and wiring: Access the bottom of the tub to locate the WaterWall motor. Check for loose connectors or damaged wires.
- Replace WaterWall assembly: If the motor does not run or position sensor is faulty, replace the WaterWall motor assembly or entire bar assembly as specified by Samsung.
