How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water immediately to prevent further leakage.
- Inspect door area: Check for water trails down the front of the door or from the corners, indicating a door seal issue.
- Pull unit and inspect base: Remove the dishwasher from the cabinet and take off the lower panel. Look for standing water in the base pan and signs of dripping from hoses or the sump.
- Dry and reset: Mop up all water in the base pan and allow the leak sensor to dry. Reset power and test.
- Replace faulty components: If you find cracks in the plastic sump or a wet circulation pump housing, replace the affected Samsung sump assembly or pump.
