How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power before working on the door dispenser.
- Refill rinse aid: Open the dispenser on the inner door and fill with a Sharp-compatible rinse aid. Adjust the dosage setting according to water hardness.
- Clean dispenser outlet: Wipe the dispenser cap and outlet area to remove dried residue that may block flow.
- Reset cycle: After refilling, run a full cycle and check if E12 clears.
- Inspect dispenser wiring: If the error persists, remove the inner door panel and inspect the wiring to the rinse aid dispenser and sensor.
- Replace dispenser: Install a new dispenser assembly with integrated sensor if the original is faulty.
