Dishwasher leaks water from the front door area onto the floor.

  • Open the door and examine the rubber gasket around the tub opening.
  • Look for tears, flattening, or gaps, especially at the bottom corners.
• Step 2 – Clean gasket and door:
  • Wipe the gasket and mating surfaces with warm soapy water to remove grease and debris.
• Step 3 – Spray arm check:
  • Ensure the lower spray arm is not cracked or partially detached, which can direct water at the door.
• Step 4 – Level and alignment:
  • Verify the dishwasher is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
  • Adjust feet if necessary so the door closes evenly.
• Step 5 – Replace gasket:
  • If the gasket is damaged or compressed, pull it out of the channel and install a new Siemens door gasket, pressing it fully into place.

After repair, run a short cycle and monitor the door area for leaks.
